IN THIS PAPER, WE PROPOSE A NEW DELAY- DEPENDENT EXPONENTIAL stability CRITERION FOR Linear SYSTEMS WITH MULTIPLE TIMEVARYING DELAYS, BASED ON THE LYAPUNOV FUNCTIONAL, Linear MATRIXINEQUALITY- (LMI). FOR THIS PURPOSE, WE USED AND AS A RESULT, A DESCRIPTOR MODEL TRANSFORMATION, SOME EXPONENTIAL stability CRITERIAWITH GOOD PROPERTIES ARE DERIVED. THE NUMERICAL EXAMPLES SHOWTHE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE THEORETICAL RESULTS.
